Quit place to stay, cabins are small. Good for 4 as max. No internet inside cabins only in reception and restaurant area. Receptionist don’t speak English. Which they need one at least. Breakfast is good.

One of the worst hotels I have tried..there is no internet inside the rooms due to the economy and also everything is very dirty and filthy..the pictures do not match reality..they ask for money from the guests for the services they provide to them..all the managers and owners of the hotel are liars and steal the guests No heater inside the room and also the water is vey cold .. you all can check their instagram they deleted the bad comments because they will catch you once you arrive there specifically at night because they know that you cannot change you hotel location at that time and you will be forced to stay there and they will close everything internet,heating and water heater and they will ask you for many for everything thing you ask them for .. this is a very bad hotel

The restaurant is bad! The food is horrible!!!!! How can you go this wrong with something as simple as french fries??? Meat is disturbingly greasy! Worst food I've had in my trip to Trabzon

Very cute location with great views of the most and mountains. Service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. English friendly. Food is standard Turkish meals with lots of olives, cheese, soups, stews and bread.at night they encourage dancing and entertainment and it's kinda fun. The cabins are cute but could use some repairs. WiFi was decent in the main hall non existent in the exterior cabins.

The worst customer service I have ever seen . It’s the first time I visit turkey and it’s not what I have expected. The food is nasty and the cleanliness of this place is horrible. Add to it the ignorant Turkish people and the way they treat foreign people and particularly Arabs. Tourism plays a major part of turkeys economy but yet they can’t implement a better ways to service the people who visit the country. No English at all starting from the moment you step out of the airplane to the moment you leave the country. Racism in turkey is worse than racism in Europe or the United States. I don’t recommend visiting this country at all unless you speak Turkish and willing to eat fruits and vegetables during your stay there because the food and people are bad.

Eating at the restaurant was a horrible experience. The waiter doesn’t listen to your order, and the food came in tasteless and unfresh. Food is higher priced than other places. This place undermines turkish food everywhere. Waiter stands by as a bodyguard as we finished our meal and then gave us our bill.
